To the end users, it gives a quick, seamless way to specify their specific needs and swiftly discover a wide range of options available from the network of trusted local travel partners.

How do I book a cab with ProntoCabs?You can book a cab through the ProntoCabs mobile app or website. Simply enter your pickup and drop location, select the ride type, and confirm your booking.

What types of cabs are available?We offer various categories such as Sedan, SUV, Traveller, compact sedan and many more in both Luxury and economy, depending on your travel needs and availability in your area.

Can I book outstation or one-way trips?Yes. ProntoCabs supports one-way, round-trip, and hourly rentals, including outstation travel to popular destinations. Currently it has started with one-way travel but aims to support other types within a few weeks.

Is my booking confirmed instantly?Yes, the bookings are confirmed instantly. However, in some cases, a manual confirmation may be required based on route, availability, or peak times.

How do I pay for my ride?We support cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. Payment options will be shown at the time of booking.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?Yes. You can cancel your booking from your app or call our support team. We do not charge any cancellation fee. However we request our patrons to cancel ride at least a few hours before the trip start time.

Are drivers verified and trained?All drivers are verified with background checks and undergo training to ensure safety and comfort.
